The amenities in my room at Oaks Hotel Deluxe were fantastic, especially the well-equipped kitchenette with plenty of tea and coffee supplies. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment of my stay. The beds were also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as small ants in the kitchen and a slightly dated building, these did not significantly impact my overall experience.

As a high, end traveler who seeks luxurious amenities, I was highly satisfied with the exclusive services offered at this hotel. the spa and wellness center exceeded my expectations with the outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and access to the beach. I indulged in their full, body massage, body scrubs, and beauty treatments, which left me feeling completely relaxed. the restaurant and bar/lounge area provided mouth, watering dishes and cocktails. the room was private and had exclusive advantages such as a treatment room, outdoor dining area, and a shallow end in the saltwater pool. The location gave me access to the garden and sun loungers, which had an incredible ocean view. Cons: the only minor issue I encountered was that the spa lounge was not as expected. it did not detract from the exceptional experience provided at this venue.

We had a fantastic stay with amazing ocean views. The unit was generous in size and equipped with modern appliances. We appreciated the temperature control in the shower/tub as it gave us peace of mind with our little boy. Additionally, the location was very central and close to everything. We could easily walk to the beach, sky deck, and shopping center. The hotel facilities were great, and transportation was very convenient with a tram stop right next to the hotel.

the location was perfect as it is just beside the tram lines, which made it easy to travel around the city. Being close to a supermarket was an added bonus, making it convenient to stock up on essentials. the room and the bathroom were clean and well-maintained with comfortable beds. the facilities, including the pool, jacuzzi, and gym, were great.

The lack of responsiveness from the property manager when asked about additional requests.

The location was great – close to public transport and had stunning views of the ocean. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a jacuzzi in the bathroom, perfect for a relaxing Christmas getaway.

The experience was marred by multiple disappointments. The listing did not match the actual room as it did not have a kitchen, a washing machine or a dishwasher as stated.
